摘要
为了提升工业机器人分拣系统智能化水平,通过引入机器视觉技术,探索智能化工业机器分拣系统设计,首先,介绍了工业机器人分拣系统中机器视觉技术应用的必要性,讨论了机器视觉在工业机器人分拣系统中所发挥的优势,随后,从硬件设计与软件设计的角度出发,分析了一些必要的硬件装置,组建了完整的硬件架构,探讨了软件程序开发设计内容,最后通过开展模拟仿真实验,结果表明,系统分拣误差符合物流企业生产的需要,能够实现产品智能化分拣与仓储,展现了机器视觉支持下的工业机器人分拣系统的价值。
In order to enhance the intelligence level of industrial robot sorting systems,this paper introduces machine vision technology to explore the design of intelligent industrial robot sorting systems.Firstly,the necessity of applying machine vision technology in industrial robot sorting systems is introduced,and the advantages of machine vision in these systems are discussed.Then,from the perspectives of hardware and software design,some necessary hardware devices are analyzed,a complete hardware architecture is established,and the content of software program development is discussed.Finally,through conducting simulation experiments,the results show that the sorting error of the system meets the needs of logistics companies'production,and can realize the intelligent sorting and storage of products,demonstrating the value of the industrial robot sorting system supported by machine vision.
