摘要
针对水利工程档案管理的难点,结合亭子口水利工程建设项目档案过程控制要求,提出了基于区块链技术的水利工程项目档案管理方法,实现了档案预归档、哈希校验辅助水利工程项目档案四性检测,以及调用区块链平台可信存证服务证书的全流程项目档案管理,有效地提高了电子档案的管理效率,旨在为保障电子档案全生命周期数据管控赋能。
In view of the difficulties in managing water conservancy engineering archives,combined with the process control requirements of the Tingzikou Water Conservancy Construction,this article proposes a water conservancy project archive management method based on blockchain technology,which has realized pre-archiving,hash verification to assist in the four-parameter detection of water conservancy project archives,and the use of blockchain platform trusted storage service certificates for full process project archive management,has effectively improved the efficiency of electronic archive management,empowering data control throughout the entire lifecycle of electronic archives.
