紫坪铺水电厂水轮机组接力器锁锭装置技术改造

Technical Renovation of Locking Ingot Device of Hydraulic Turbine Unit in Zipingpu Hydropower Plant

接力器锁锭装置是水轮机接力器的一个重要部件,投入接力器锁锭装置常作为一项最重要的安全措施,在水轮发电机组检修过程中防止机组突然转动,以达到保障检修工作人员人身安全的目的。接力器锁锭装置的工作可靠性直接威胁检修人员的人身安全。笔者将从紫坪铺水电厂接力器锁锭装置的运行现状、存在缺陷等角度出发,积极研究对策,提出技术改造方案,解决锁锭装置连接管路渗油的问题,提高接力器锁锭装置的工作可靠性,有效保障检修人员的生命安全。

Locking ingot device is an important component in hydraulic turbine relay,and the locking ingot device is often used as one of the most important safety measures to prevent sudden rotation of hydraulic units during maintenance to achieve the goal of ensuring the personal safety of maintenance personnel.The reliability of locking ingot device directly threatens the personal safety of maintenance personnel.Based on the fact of the running state and defective of locking ingot device in Zipingpu Hydropower Plant,countermeasure are actively researched,and technical renovation plan are proposed in this paper to solve the problem of oil leakage in the connecting pipeline of the locking ingot device,improve the working reliability of the locking ingot device and effectively ensure the life safety of maintenance personnel.
