天生全球化数字企业:概念内涵、理论基础与快速扩张机制

摘要 有别于传统天生全球化企业,天生全球化数字企业因独特的起源与技术能力,展现出差异化的国际化特征与快速扩张模式。对此,本文聚焦于数字时代的天生全球化现象,首先,对天生全球化数字企业的概念内涵进行界定,并与传统天生全球化企业进行比较研究,以深化对天生全球化新现象的理解。其次,基于内部化理论、过程理论、网络理论和LLL理论等国际商务理论,探讨数字时代天生全球化现象对已有理论应用的拓展。最后,以现有研究为基础,遵循“驱动因素—扩张模式—扩张结果”的逻辑,创新性地提炼出天生全球化数字企业的快速扩张机制,并聚焦探讨了基于用户规模和基于供给规模两种快速扩张模式。通过上述探索,期望能够为数字企业国际化现象提供一个更聚焦、更深入的阐释,并为后续研究提供相对明确且系统的研究指引。 Unlike traditional naturally globalized enterprises,naturally globalized digital enterprises exhibit distinct internationalization characteristics and rapid expansion models owing to their unique origins and technological capabilities.It focused on the phenomenon of natural globalization in the digital age.Initially,it delineated the concept and essence of naturally globalized digital enterprises and juxtaposed them with traditional naturally globalized enterprises to foster a deeper comprehension of this emerging trend.Subsequently,drawing upon international business theories like internalization theory,process theory,network theory,and LLL theory,it scrutinized the manifestation of inherent globalization in the digital era and its application within existing theoretical frameworks.Finally,based on current research and following the logic of “driving factors—expansion models—expansion outcomes,” it innovatively dissected the rapid expansion mechanism of naturally globalized digital enterprises,with a specific focus on exploring two rapid expansion models grounded in user scale and supply scale.Through the comprehensive exploration above,it aims to furnish a more focused and nuanced elucidation of the internationalization phenomenon among digital enterprises,and provides relatively clear and systematic research guidance for subsequent research.
