透热转气法在肺脓肿治疗中的应用探讨

透热转气法是温病学治疗热入营血的治法,其目的是透邪外出。中医称肺脓肿为肺痈,其病机为热壅血瘀,血败肉腐,邪热贯穿始终,有热证之表现。采用透热转气法治疗肺脓肿,可使邪热透发,起到缩短病程及减轻病情的作用。
