基于“坚阴”理论治疗溃疡性结肠炎

Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis based on"Jian Yin"Theory

溃疡性结肠炎归属于中医“痢疾“”泄泻“”便血”等病范畴,其主要的临床表现有腹痛、腹泻、黏液脓血便、里急后重。溃疡性结肠炎的发生发展与火热之邪密切相关,涉及到湿热之火、热毒之火、妄动之相火。火热之邪伤阴,灼伤阴津、阴血、脂膜、脾阴、肾阴,导致溃疡性结肠炎反复发作“。坚阴”之法的核心要点是以泻热为手段,保存阴液为目的。基于“坚阴”理论为指导原则,分别从泻火与保存阴液两方面着手,探讨从“清湿热,坚脾阴“”泻热毒,坚阴津“”平相火,坚肾阴“”泻下以存阴”不同侧重点治疗溃疡性结肠炎。

Ulcerative colitis belongs to the category of"dysentery","diarrhea"and"hematochezia"in traditional Chinese medicine.its main clinical manifestations are abdominal pain,diarrhea,mucus,purulent and bloody stool.The occurrence and development of ulcerative colitis is closely related to the evil of heat,which involves the fire of dampness and heat,the fire of heat and poison,and the phase fire of wanton action.Hot evil injures Yin,burns Yin Jin,Yin Blood,Lipid membrane,spleen Yin,Kidney Yin,leading to repeated attacks of ulcerative colitis.The core point of the method of"Jianyin"is to purge heat as a means and to preserve Yin fluid for the purpose.Based on the guiding principle of"Jianyin"theory,this paper discusses the treatment of ulcerative colitis from two aspects of purging fire and preserving yin fluid,including"clearing dampness-heat,strengthening spleen yin","purging heat toxin,strengthening yin jin","flat fire","firm kidney yin"and"purging to preserve yin".
