摘要
采用2014—2022年A股上市的20家新能源汽车上游企业面板数据,采用倾向得分匹配法从非汽车生产行业上市公司得到对照组样本,构建双重差分模型,检验了“双积分”政策对于新能源汽车上游企业研发创新的影响。结果表明:(1)“双积分”政策对新能源汽车上游企业的技术创新具有促进作用,在“实质性”创新和“策略性”创新之间,该政策对于前者的影响更大;(2)“双积分”政策的创新激励作用受到企业所在地区市场化程度的影响,对东部地区的影响要比对中部和西部地区的影响大;(3)“双积分”政策对新能源汽车上游企业中的非国有企业的创新激励作用比国有企业更为突出。
Using the panel data of 20 new energy vehicle upstream enterprises listed from 2014 to 2022,using the propensity score matching method to obtain the control group samples from listed companies in non-automobile production industries,using the DID model to test the impact of the“double integral”policy on the R&D inno-vation of new energy vehicle upstream enterprises.The results show that:(1)The“Dual-Credit”policy has a promoting effect on the technological innovation of the upstream enterprises of new energy vehicles,and the policy has a greater impact on the former between the“substantive”innovation and the“strategic”innovation;(2)The innovation incentive effect of the“Dual-Credit”policy is affected by the degree of marketization in the region where the enterprise is located,and the impact on the eastern region is greater than that on the central and western regions;(3)The“Dual-Credit”policy has a more prominent incentive effect on the innovation of non-state-owned enterprises than state-owned enterprises in the upstream enterprises of new energy vehicles.
