低强度脉冲式超声波治疗勃起功能障碍的研究进展

摘要 勃起功能障碍(ED)是由多种因素导致的一种男性常见病、多发病,随着对ED病理学、生理学机制研究的深入,在该疾病治疗上也有了突破性进展。低强度脉冲式超声波(LiPUS)是微能量医学在转化医学领域的一种重要形式,经过长期的基础与临床研究,其机制和有效性及安全性得到了初步证实,不仅可以改善ED患者阴茎海绵体的病理学损伤,也为器质性ED的物理治疗拓展了新思路。本文围绕LiPUS治疗ED的基础及临床研究中具有代表性和开创性的研究结果,特别是机械生物力学领域的研究进展进行综述。 Erectile dysfunction(ED)is a common and frequently-occuring male disease caused by many factors.With the in-depth study of the pathophysiological mechanism of ED,breakthrough progress has been made in its treatment.Low-intensity pulsed ultrasound(LiPUS)is an important form of micro-energy medicine in translational medicine field.After long-term basic research and clinical research,its mechanism,effectiveness and safety have been preliminarily confirmed.It can not only improve the pathological injury of the penile cavernous body in ED patients,but also expand a new idea for physical therapy of organic ED.In this paper,the representative and pioneering research results in the basic research and clinical experimental research of LiPUS in the treatment of ED,especially the research progress in the field of mechanical biomechanics,are reviewed.
