五子衍宗丸对黄体功能不全不孕(肾精亏虚)患者的治疗效果观察

Observation on the therapeutic effect of Wuzi Yanzong Pills on patients with luteal insufficiency and infertility(kidney essence deficiency)

目的探讨五子衍宗丸对黄体功能不全不孕(肾精亏虚)患者的治疗效果。方法选取衡水市第二人民医院2020年2月至2022年1月收治的120例黄体功能不全不孕(肾精亏虚)患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组予以地屈孕酮治疗,观察组予以地屈孕酮联合五子衍宗丸治疗。比较两组治疗前后症状评分、疗效、治疗前后内分泌和代谢指标、安全性及妊娠成功率。结果治疗后两组主症、次症评分与总分均降低且观察均较低(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组血清孕酮(P)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))水平,以及高温相持续时间(HTPD)、高低温差(HLTD)、基础体温曲线高温相评分(HPS)均升高,且观察组均较高(P<0.05);两组移行天数均减少且观察组较少(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组妊娠成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对黄体功能不全不孕(肾精亏虚)以五子衍宗丸联合地屈孕酮治疗可减轻症状、增强效果、改善内分泌及代谢状态,安全性高,且能显著提高妊娠成功率。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Wuzi Yanzong Pills on patients with luteal insufficiency and infertility(kidney essence deficiency).Methods A total of 120 patients with luteal insufficiency and infertility(kidney essence deficiency)admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Hengshui from February 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into observation group and control group through random number table,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given dydrogesterone,while the observation group was given dydrogesterone combined with Wuzi Yanzong Pills.The symptom scores,efficacy,endocrine and metabolic indexes,safety and pregnancy success rates were compared between two groups after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of main symptoms,secondary symptoms and the total scores of the two groups all decreased and those in the observation group were all lower(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of serum progesterone(P),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),estradiol(E_(2))levels,and high temperature phase duration(HTPD),high and low temperature differences(HLTD),and basic body temperature curve high temperature phase score(HPS)in both groups all increased and those in the observation group were all higher(P<0.05).The migration days of both groups decreased and the number in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The pregnancy success rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Treating luteal insufficiency and infertility(kidney essence deficiency)with Wuzi Yanzong Pills combined with dydrogesterone can reduce symptoms,enhance effect,improve endocrine and metabolic status,increase safety,and can significantly increase the pregnancy success rate.
