摘要
目的:探讨游泳运动对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(CAP)大鼠p38MAPK/NF-κB信号通路的影响。方法:雄性SD大鼠分为运动组、CAP模型组、正常组,每组10只,注射消痔灵制备大鼠模型,运动组每天游泳运动1次,时间为50min,6d/周,共游泳运动4周,模型组和正常组不开展游泳运动;末次游泳运动结束后2h,股动脉取血处死大鼠,采用酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA)检测大鼠血清p38MAPK、NF-κB p65、IL-1β、IL-4、TNF-α含量,观察三个组别大鼠前列腺组织病理学改变。结果:4周游泳运动结束后,模型组和运动组大鼠血清内p38MAPK、NF-κB p65、IL-1β、IL-4、TNF-α含量显著高于正常组(P<0.05),运动组大鼠血清内上述观察指标显著低于模型组(P<0.05);相关分析显示,CAP大鼠血清内IL-1β、IL-4、TNF-α水平与p38MAPK、NF-κB p65表达呈显著正相关(P<0.01),p38MAPK与NF-κB p65呈显著正相关(P<0.01);病理观察显示,与正常组比较,模型组大鼠前列腺组织慢性炎症病变明显,与模型组比较,运动组大鼠前列腺血管扩张程度、炎细胞浸润数量及范围、管腔狭窄及间质水肿纤维化的情况均有所减轻。结论:游泳运动能够抑制CAP大鼠血清内p38MAPK、NF-κB p65表达,下调IL-1β、IL-4、TNF-α水平,对大鼠CAP炎症发挥缓解作用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of swimming on the p38MAPK/NF-κB signaling pathway in rats with chronic abacterial prostatitis(CAP).Methods:Male SD rats were randomly divided into a swimming observation group(exercise group),a CAP model control group(model group),and a normal control group(normal group),with 10 rats per group.The rat model was prepared by injection of Xiaozhiling.The exercise group swam once a day for 50 minutes,6 days per week,for a total of 4 weeks.The model group and the normal group did not engage in swimming.2 hours after the last swimming exercise,blood was collected from the femoral artery and the rats were euthanized.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect serum p38MAPK,NF-κB p65,IL-1β,IL-4,and TNF-αin the rats.Observe the pathological changes in prostate tissue of rats in three groups based on their content.Results:After the completion of the 4 weeks swimming exercise,the serum levels of p38MAPK,NF-κB p65,IL-1β,IL-4,and TNF-αin the model group and exercise group rats were measured.The content was significantly higher than that of the normal group(P<0.05),and the above observation indicators in the serum of the exercise group rats were significantly lower than those of the model group(P<0.05).Related analysis shows that the level of IL-1β,IL-4,and TNF-αwas significantly positively correlated with the expression of p38MAPK and NF-κB p65 in the serum of CAP rats(P<0.01),while p38MAPK was significantly positively correlated with NF-κB p65(P<0.01).Pathological observation showed that compared with the normal group,the chronic inflammatory lesions in the prostate tissue of the model group rats were significant.Compared with the model group,the degree of prostate vascular dilation,the number and range of inflammatory cell infiltration,luminal stenosis,and interstitial edema and fibrosis in the exercise group rats were reduced.Conclusion:Swimming can inhibit the expression of p38MAPK and NF-κB p65 in the serum of CAP rats,and downregulate IL-1β,IL-4,and TNF-αLevel,has a alleviating effect on CAP inflammation in rats.
