脑血管造影在体外膜肺氧合患者中的临床应用价值

Clinical applications of cerebral angiography in patients with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation

目的探讨脑血管造影在体外膜肺氧合(Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation,ECMO)患者中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析2020年6月-2022年6月因各种原因置入ECMO后行脑血管造影患者的临床资料。结果6例患者均顺利完成脑血管造影(检查有效率100%),其中阳性结果2例,进行后续介入治疗,余4例检查后排除脑血管意外。结论脑血管造影可应用于置入ECMO患者,能够清楚地显示脑部血管情况和血流状况,为后续治疗创造条件。

Objective To explore the clinical applications of cerebral angiography in patients with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO).Methods The clinical data of patients who underwent cerebral angiography after implantation of ECMO from June 2020 to June 2022 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Cerebral angiography was successfully completed in all patients among whom 2 cases had abnormalities and subsequently received interventional therapy.Cerebrovascular accidents were excluded in the other 4 cases based on cerebral angiography examination.Conclusion Cerebral angiography can be used in patients with ECMO,which can clearly show the blood vessels and blood flow in the brain,and provide opportunities for early endovascular treatment of cerebrovascular disease.
