生成式人工智能助力研究生教育变革的机遇、挑战与应对策略 被引量:1

摘要 生成式人工智能作为一类基于自然语言理解的生成式技术能够助力于研究生教育的目标、资源、模式和评价等发生变革,但也存在人工智能依赖下丧失主体能动与创新素养、算法异化下的知识盲区与信息茧房、关系偏移阻滞师生对话与情感互动、鉴评偏误加剧教育不公与权责不清之忧患。为此,需要坚持创新导向下的提质增效,警惕技术依赖下的算法偏见,构建增强心灵互动的新型师生关系,完善评价体系重塑学术公平,从而加快培养智能时代所需的拔尖创新型人才。 Artificial intelligence generated content,as a generative artificial intelligence based on natural language understanding,could help to change the objectives,resources,models and evaluation of postgraduate education.However,there are also some worries,such as the loss of subjective initiative and innovation literacy under the dependence of artificial intelligence,knowledge blind spots and information cocoons under the alienation of algorithms,the obstruction of teacher-student dialogue and emotional interaction by relationship deviation,and the aggravation of educational injustice and unclear rights and responsibilities by evaluation errors.Therefore,it is necessary to adhere to the innovation-oriented skilled adults,be alert to the algorithm bias under the dependence of technology,build a new teacher-student relationship that enhances spiritual interaction,improve the evaluation system and reshape academic equity,so as to accelerate the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents needed in the intelligent era.
