一、病例介绍1.病史摘要(1)一般情况:患者,女性,年龄79岁,身高155 cm,体质量39 kg。因"反复发作意识障碍20余年,加重1年"入院。病初表现为睡眠时间延长,最长可连续睡眠24 h,不易唤醒,伴三餐前饥饿感增强、轻度头晕,进食后缓解,无心悸、手抖、视物模糊。发病以来,纳差,体质量持续减轻,未予重视。
