洛铂应用于结直肠癌术中腹腔灌注化疗的近期临床疗效分析

Short-term clinical efficacy analysis of lobaplatin in intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy during colorectal cancer surgery

目的探讨在结直肠癌手术过程中使用洛铂进行腹腔灌注化疗的近期临床疗效。方法选取2021年9月至2022年12月在右江民族医学院附属医院胃肠外科住院手术治疗的结直肠肿瘤患者共80例,随机分成两组,观察组与对照组各40例,术中行腹腔灌注化疗组为观察组,常规手术组为对照组。观察患者肠道功能恢复情况、术后并发症情况、化学药物治疗的毒副作用以及免疫功能,并对两组患者进行随访,记录患者术后6个月和术后12个月的复发与转移发生率。结果对两组患者的一般资料、肠道功能恢复、术后并发症、化学药物治疗的毒副作用以及免疫功能进行比较,结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对比分析两组患者的术后12个月的复发与转移情况,观察组结果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在结直肠癌手术中使用洛铂进行腹腔灌注化疗,不损害患者免疫功能和胃肠道功能,同时不增加手术并发症,可以降低患者的近期复发率,是安全而有效的,临床疗效良好,是一种有效的辅助治疗方式。

Objective To explore short-term clinical efficacy of intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy using loboplatin during colorectal cancer surgery.Methods Between September 2021 and December 2022,a total of 80 patients diagnosed with colorectal tumors who underwent surgical treatment were enrolled in the study at the Gastrointestinal Surgery Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities.They were randomly divided into two groups:the observation group(n=40)receiving intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy and the control group(n=40)undergoing conventional surgery.Observations were made on the recovery of intestinal function,postoperative complications,toxic and side effects of chemotherapy,and alterations in immune function.Additionally,both groups were followed up to record the incidence of recurrence and metastasis at 6 and 12 months postoperatively.Results When comparing the two groups in terms of general patient information,intestinal function recovery,postoperative complications,toxic effects of chemotherapy,and immune function,no significant differences were revealed(P>0.05).However,regarding recurrence and metastasis at 12 months postoperatively,the observation group exhibited superior outcomes compared to the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of lobaplatin for intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy during colorectal cancer surgery does not impair the patient’s immune function or gastrointestinal function,nor does it increase surgical complications.Moreover,it can effectively reduce the short-term recurrence rate,proving to be a safe and efficacious adjuvant therapy with favorable clinical outcomes.
