摘要
数字技术与社区老年教育的融合发展为学习型社会、学习型大国建设创造了重要发展机遇。从行动者网络理论来看,转译是实现多元主体关系连接与协同的有效机制,但也会随着主体的差异化而呈现出多样性。通过跟随核心行动者,运用“结构—关系—主体”的分析框架,剖析基层开放大学在推动社区老年教育数字化过程中的转译困境及“因何失灵”。在新时代老年教育高质量发展的现实要求下,亟需从加强顶层设计、深化柔性嵌入和培育主体自觉等多个维度,共同探讨“以何破解”的转译优化路径。
The integration of digital technology with community elderly education has created significant development opportunities for building a learning society and a learning nation.According to Actor-Network Theory,translation is an effective mechanism for connecting and collaborating multiple relationships,yet it also exhibits variability due to the differences of the subjects.The study analyses the translation difficulties and“reasons for failure”encountered by local open universities in promoting the digitalization of community elderly education,through following the core actors and using the analytical framework of“structure-relationship-actor”.Given the contemporary demands for high-quality de⁃velopment in elderly education,it is crucial to explore the translation optimization paths from multiple dimensions including strengthening top-level design,deepening flexible integration,and fostering actors’self-consciousness.
