摘要
通过对导游胜任素质模型相关研究进行分析,发现导游胜任素质研究的理论基础基本完善,但模型构建还应根据理论和实证对象选择从方法上拓展,存在实际应用涵盖的对象不全面、不深入的问题。提出未来导游胜任素质模型构建和人才队伍管理应用方面,需要加强与实践结合、问卷行为化和方法多样化、模型应用全面深入的对策建议。
Based on the analysis of relevant research on the competency model of tour guides in China,this study finds that the theoretical basis of current research on tour guide competency is basically complete,but its model construction should be expanded from the methodological perspective based on the selection of theoretical and empirical objects.Besides,there are problems such as lacking complete and in-depth objects covered in practical applications.In terms of the construction of the tour guide competency model and the application of talents management,the study proposes to strengthen the combination of theoretical foundation with practical application,behavioralize questionnaires and diversify methods,and make model application comprehensive and in-depth.
