摘要
高素质教师队伍建设是促进小规模学校高质量发展和义务教育优质均衡发展的核心和关键。在优质师资短缺和配置不均衡的背景下,探索“跨校知识共享”路径,是克服小规模学校教师发展空间隔离、素质能力较低等问题的关键。在知识共享理论视域下,小规模学校教师队伍建设仍面临教师对跨校知识共享认同度不高、知识共享参与不足、共享知识内容窄化、知识共享形式化、知识共享中过于关注个体利益等问题。由此,研究围绕建立教师间平等互惠关系、构建共同愿景和目标、丰富知识共享内容和形式、促进共享知识应用于教学实践、监测知识共享效果等方面提出小规模学校教师跨校知识共享的路径。
The construction of high-quality teachers team is the core and key point to promote the high-quality development of small rural schools and the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education.In the context of the shortage and unbalanced allocation of high-quality teachers,exploring the path of"cross-school knowledge sharing"is the key to overcome the problems of spatial isolation and low quality and ability of teachers in small rural schools.From the perspective of knowledge sharing theory,the construction of teachers team in small rural schools still faces the following problems:The such as teachers'low recognition of knowledge sharing,insufficient participation in cross-school knowledge sharing,narrow content and formalism of knowledge sharing,and too much attention to individual interests in knowledge sharing.Therefore,this paper puts forward the path of cross-school knowledge sharing for small rural school teachers in aspects of establishing equal and reciprocal relationship among teachers,building common vision and goal of knowledge sharing,enriching content and form of knowledge sharing,promoting the application of shared knowledge to teaching practice,and monitoring the effect ofknowledge sharing.
