基于SIMATIC PLC的生产线集成控制系统设计

摘要 为了解决现代化工业生产中大量劳动力投入到繁多和复杂的体力劳动而导致生产效率偏低的问题,以智能生产及仓储工位为背景,设计了一套由物料运输单元、物料分拣单元以及成品入库控制单元组成的自动生产线系统。系统以西门子的S7-1500 PLC搭配ET200 SP分布式IO作为核心控制器,负责控制运动控制对象和整个系统的运行逻辑。采用G120变频器作为变频控制实现调整系统运行效率的运输工作站;使用视觉传感器以及搭载不同物料的旋转转盘以及出料气缸机构组成的物料分拣工作站;最后以仓库取放货物为原型,使用了V90伺服驱动器控制两轴方向上的丝杆,将成品物料按照系统运行的逻辑以及视觉传感器的识别结果依次放进仓库里并输出库位信息。采用UGNX软件建立模型并在S7-1500 PLC上使用PLCSIM Advance3.0软件验证了基础运动的仿真;最后在确认UGNX软件上系统模型运行正常的情况下,采用OPC UA通信的方式验证了生产线系统能够按照指定工艺要求实现智能化生产,3个工作站单元之间工艺执行标准确认达到了预期的生产标准。 In order to solve the problem of low production efficiency caused by the large amount of labor input into various and complex physical labor in modern industrial production,an automatic production line system consisting of material transportation units,material sorting units,and finished product warehousing control units is designed for intelligent production and storage workstations.The entire system mainly uses Siemens’S7-1500 PLC and ET200 SP distributed IO as the core controller,responsible for controlling the motion control object and the operation logic of the entire system.The transportation workstation uses a G120 inverter for variable-frequency control to achieve adjustments in system efficiency.The material sorting workstation uses a vision sensor,a rotating turntable with different materials,and an outlet cylinder mechanism.The prototype for the warehouse that retrieves and deposits goods uses a V90 servo drive to control the two axes of the screw,placing finished goods into the warehouse in accordance with the logic of the system’s operation and the recognition results of the vision sensor,and outputting information on the location of the goods in the warehouse.The finished materials are sequentially placed into the warehouse according to the logic of system operation and the recognition results of visual sensors,and the warehouse location information is output.The system is ultimately validated through the use of UGNX software combined with the system’s design philosophy and working principle to design a model and S7-1500 PLC.The basic motion simulation is validated using PLCSIM Advance3.0 software;After verifying the normal operation of the system model on UGNX software,OPC UA communication is used to verify that the production line system can achieve intelligent production according to the specified process requirements.The process execution standards between three workstation units are confirmed to meet the expected production standards.
