摘要
结合丙型病毒性肝炎(HC)病毒的传播机理,在合理假设的基础上简化,建立针对HC的SACRS传染病模型,借助下一代生成矩阵定义该模型的有效再生数并得到表达式.证明有效再生数R_(e)<1时疾病是消亡的;R_(e)>1时疾病是持久的.进行相关数值模拟,并提出可行的HC防治建议.
Combined with the transmission mechanism of viral hepatitis C,a SACRS infectious disease model was established,based on several reasonable assumptions.By means of the next generation matrices method,the effective reproduction number in the model was define and calculated.It was proved that the disease became extinct when R_(e)<1 and persistent when R_(e)>1.A numerical simulation was directed to provide feasible recommendations for the prevention and treatment of viral hepatitis C.
