摘要
纳米钙钛矿氧化物电极材料具有来源丰富、安全性强、环境友好等特点,是成为镍氢电池及锂离子电池电极材料的新选择。然而,钙钛矿氧化物本征电导率较低、晶粒易团聚等缺点限制了其实践化应用。研究发现,通过对钙钛矿型氧化物表面进行碳包覆改性可以显著提升其电化学性能。因此,本文依据近期国内外对碳包覆钙钛矿氧化物的研究,系统阐述不同的碳源种类及包覆方法等因素对碳包覆钙钛矿型氧化物电极材料的电化学性能影响。
Carbon-coated nano-perovskite oxide electrode materials have been regarded as a new choice for Ni-MH battery and lithium-ion battery s electrode materials due to their attractive characteristics,such as wide source of raw materials,high securities and no pollution environment.However,perovskite oxides intrinsic conductive capabilities were poor and the grains were easy to aggregate,which limited their further applications.Researches have proved that carbon coating on electrode materials of nano-perovskite oxides could enhance the electrochemical performance effectively.The research progress on modification of carbon coating nano-perovskite oxides was summarized,and the electrochemical performance effects of different coating methods and carbon source species on the carbon coating nano-perovskite oxides were analyzed.
