摘要
层状双氢氧化物(LDH)是一种带正电性的无机层状载体,其用于负载电负性的药物可实现药物的缓控释。使用了一步载药法及分步载药法将带负电的药物5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)负载于LDH层间,合成了药物递送系统LDH/5-FU。通过不同的载药方法得到了LDH/5-FU,拍摄了其透射电镜图,并观察了其粒径分布。结果表明,一步载药法合成的LDH/5-FU粒径在2 000 nm左右,PDI较大,分布不均匀,易团聚;分步载药法合成的LDH/5-FU粒径在200 nm左右,PDI相对较小,分布更为均匀。
Layered double hydroxides(LDH)can be used to load electronegative drugs to achieve slow and controlled release of drugs in order to prolong the action time of drugs in vivo.A drug delivery system LDH/5-FU was synthesized by loading the negatively charged drug 5-fluorouracil(5-FU)between LDH layers via one-step and multi-step drug loading method.Transmission electron microscopy(TEM)images of LDH/5-FU and the particle size distribution were obtained.The results showed that LDH/5-FU nanoparticles synthesized by one-step drug loading method had large particle size,uneven distribution and easy aggregation.LDH/5-FU nanoparticles synthesized by multi-step drug loading method had uniform distribution and the particle size was about 200 nm.
