微通道反应器合成正溴丁烷工艺研究

摘要 利用微通道反应器进行正丁醇溴化制备正溴丁烷工艺研究。考察了物料比、反应温度、氢溴酸浓度、停留时间等单因素对反应的影响,得到了较佳的工艺条件:物料比n(HBr)∶n(正丁醇)=1.2,反应温度为170℃,HBr浓度为48%,停留时间133 s。在此条件下,正丁醇的转化率为98.39%,正溴丁烷选择性为90.16%,产率88.71%。与传统釜式间歇操作方法相比,利用微通道技术大大提高了正溴丁烷生产效率,实现了绿色、安全、高效的连续化正溴丁烷生产。 The process of n-bromobutane preparation by bromination of n-butanol in microchannel reactors was investigated,and the effects of single factors such as molar ratio of raw materials,reaction temperature,hydrobromic acid concentration,and residence time on the reaction were examined.The better process conditions were obtained by the experimental results:material ratio n(HBr)∶n(n-butanol)=1.2,reaction temperature was 170℃,HBr concentration was 48%,and residence time was 133 s.Under these conditions,the conversion of n-butanol was 98.39%,the selectivity of n-bromobutane was 90.16%and the yield of n-bromobutane was 88.71%.Compared with the traditional kettle intermittent operation process method,the use of microchannel technology improved the production efficiency greatly,and realized the green,safe and efficient continuous n-bromobutane production.
