面向纳米微球复合面膜制备的静电喷雾工艺研究

摘要 纳米材料具有比表面积大、孔隙率高等特性,在生物医药、医疗美容等领域有巨大的应用潜力,本文利用静电喷雾技术制备了一款用于美容保湿的PVA/胶原蛋白纳米微球复合面膜,并通过SEM、FTIR、速溶、保湿性能等表征分析,表明该面膜具有不错的保湿性能以及速溶效果,打破了传统面膜与皮肤贴合度较差、透气性差、营养液吸收不充分等问题。本研究也为纳米微球及纳米微球复合面膜的制备提供了新思路,为静电喷雾工艺的应用提供了参考价值。 Nanomaterials have large specific surface area and high porosity,and have great application potential in biomedicine,medical beauty and other fields.Electrostatic spray technology was used to prepare a PVA/collagen nanospheres composite facial mask for beauty and moisturizing,and through SEM,FTIR,instant,moisturizing performance and other characterization analysis,it showed that the facial mask had good moisturizing performance and instant effect,it breke the problems of poor fit between the traditional facial mask and the skin,poor permeability,and insufficient absorption of nutrient solution.This study also provided a new idea for the preparation of nanospheres and nanospheres composite facial mask,and provided a reference value for the application of electrostatic spray technology.
