运用Aspen Plus模拟甲醇制烯烃产品气压缩机注水

摘要 产品气压缩机是甲醇制烯烃(MTO)下游烯烃分离装置的核心设备。某甲醇制烯烃项目烯烃分离装置产品气压缩机采用四段压缩,当产品气压缩机排出温度超过90℃,产品气中的二烯烃可能发生聚合,在叶轮上形成结焦物,影响产品气压缩机的运行;所以为防止产品气压缩机排出温度超过90℃,在产品气压缩机前三段设置注水管线。通过喷淋注水可以降低压缩机排出温度,抑制二烯烃聚合反应的发生,降低了压缩机叶轮结焦的风险;同时通过注水降低排出温度,可以降低压缩机功耗,提高了机组运行效率。本文运用Aspen Plus模拟产品气压缩机流程,采用Aspen Plus灵敏度分析模块分析压缩机吸入温度与排出温度的线性关系及不同吸入温度下注水注水量与排出温度的线性关系。 The product gas compressor is the core equipment of the downstream olefin separation unit for methanol to olefin(MTO)production.The olefin separation unit of a certain methanol to olefin project adopts four stage compression in the product gas compressor.When the discharge temperature of the product gas compressor exceeds 90℃,the dienes in the product gas may undergo polymerization,forming coking substances on the impeller,which affects the operation of the product gas compressor.In order to prevent the discharge temperature of the product gas compressor from exceeding 90℃,a water injection pipeline was set up in the first three sections of the product gas compressor.Spraying water can lower the discharge temperature of the compressor,suppress the occurrence of diene polymerization reaction,and reduce the risk of coking of the compressor impeller.At the same time,by injecting water to reduce the discharge temperature,the power consumption of the compressor can be reduced,and the operating efficiency of the unit can be improved.Aspen Plus was used to simulate the process of a product gas compressor,and the Aspen Plus sensitivity analysis module was used to analyze the linear relationship between the suction temperature and discharge temperature of the compressor,as well as the linear relationship between the amount of water injected and the discharge temperature under different suction temperatures.
