摘要
结合科研成果及有机化学实验的教学经验,对有机化学实验中的“缩合反应”实验进行研究。设计合成的小分子酰胺和羧酸酯类化合物,在碱的作用下,酰胺类化合物直接进行缩合反应,得到2-取代喹诺酮类化合物;而羧酸酯类化合物则是得到重排的β-二羰基化合物。本实验结合新颖的科研内容,引入科研案例,不仅有利于学生更好的掌握缩合反应理论知识,而且有利于激发学生对科学研究的兴趣,提高学生的综合素养能力。
On the basis of scientific research achievements and teaching experience,the experiment of condensation reaction in Organic Chemistry experiment was studied.Under the action of alkali,the amide compounds were directly condensed to obtain 2-substituted quinolones.Mean while,the carboxylic ester compounds were rearrangedβ-malonedione compounds.Novel scientific research content was combined and scientific research cases were introduced,which was not only conducive to students better grasp of theoretical knowledge of condensation reaction,but also conducive to stimulate students interest in scientific research and improve students comprehensive literacy.
