建筑机电管线用装配式支吊架抗震性能试验研究

摘要 装配式支吊架是连接机电管线与建筑结构的重要支承设施,被广泛应用于建筑机电抗震工程,但针对其抗震性能的研究相对匮乏。为研究地震作用下装配式支吊架的破坏机理和抗震性能,开展了15套不同种类装配式门型支吊架的低周往复荷载试验,重点研究节点形式、槽钢类型、抗震连接件类型及有斜撑、无斜撑等因素对其抗震性能的影响;基于不同类型支吊架的破坏形式和荷载-位移滞回曲线,研究分析试件骨架曲线及特征值、强度和刚度退化规律、耗能和应变特性等抗震性能指标。结果表明:支吊架连接节点是其破坏的薄弱环节,咬合连接型试件易在节点处发生滑脱破坏,螺栓连接型试件易在螺栓垫片处开裂;螺栓连接型试件的弹性刚度、极限承载力、强度和刚度退化系数、累积耗能等均优于咬合连接型试件;无斜撑试件在底座连接件处采用螺栓连接可显著提升其力学性能;斜撑能有效提升支吊架的抗震性能,抗震连接件是影响斜撑性能发挥的关键因素,Ⅱ型抗震连接件的性能明显优于Ⅰ型抗震连接件。研究成果以期为支吊架产品的工程应用及标准制订提供数据支撑。 Assembly trapeze supports are widely used in engineering,while rare literatures about their seismic performance are available.Cyclic tests were conducted on 15 sets of diferent trapeze supports to investigate their failure mechanism and seismic performance.The influence factors,such as connection node details,channel steel types,seismic hinge parameters,brace structures,were focused on.The envelope curves,charac-teristic values,strength and stiffness degradation laws,energy dissipation parameters and strain characteristics were analyzed based on the failure modes and force-displacement hysteresis curves.The results showed that the connection nodes of trapeze supports were weak parts that led to failure.The interlocked connection specimens(ICS)were easy to slip and break at the joints,while the bolted connection specimens(BCS)were easy to crack at the bolt gaskets.The elastic stiffness,ultimate strength,strength and stiffness degradation coefficient,cumulative energy dissipation of the BCS were better than those of the ICS.The seismic performance of unbraced specimens can be significantly improved by employing bolted connections at the base connectors.Seismic bracing and seismic hinges can effec-tively enhance the seismic performance of trapeze supports,and the II-Type seismic hinge performed better than the I-Type seismic hinge.The investigation results can pro-vide reference for engineering application and standard formulation of assembly trapeze supports.
