摘要
我国大型建设项目具有规模大、工序复杂交叉、信息碎片化、劳动力短缺等问题,对传统项目管理方式形成了挑战,项目管理数字化需求十分迫切,其中数字孪生是当前实现项目管理数字化的重要手段。通过研究数字孪生的内涵、孪生映射以及数字孪生成熟度评价,并结合南通绕城高速公路项目的应用实践,总结并提出基于数字孪生的建设项目管理数字化转型的实现路径、技术手段及建议。主要结论如下:(1)基于数字孪生内涵,构建了建设项目管理的数字孪生模型及考虑生命周期、模型映射、功能和数据完备性的四维度数字孪生成熟度评价模型。(2)采用BIM、GIS、UAV和IoT技术集成,在BIM“一模到底”理念下构建以BIM为数据载体的高速公路项目的数字孪生模型,实现孪生体虚实精准映射。(3)基于数字孪生的工程项目管理数字化具有提升组织管理能力、管理效益提升、提升工程质量、项目数字资产价值再生等意义。(4)为切实推动建设项目管理数字化,需根据项目特点,着力解决项目结合、理念转变、组织保障和技术支撑等问题。
Construction projects in China involve the problems of the large scale,complex and interconnected processes,fragmented information and labor shortage,which have posed significant challenges to the traditional project managements,necessitating the digitalization of project management.Among various means of achieving digital project management,digital twin has emerged as an important approach.In this work,the concept of digital twin,twin mapping and digital twin maturity evaluation are studied,so the implementation path,technological means and recommendations for digitalization in digital twin-based construction project management are summarized or proposed by referring to the application practice in the Nantong Ring Expressway.The main conclusions are summarized as follows:(1)A dig-ital twin model for construction project management is established,and a digital twin matu-rity evaluation model considering four dimensions of lifecycle,model mapping,functionality and data completeness is also established;(2)By integrating BIM,GIS,UAV and IoT technologies,a digital twin model for the expressway project with BIM serving as the data carrier is established under the'one model to the completeness'principle of BIM,in order to achieve the precise mapping between the physical and virtual twins;(3)Digital twin-based digitalization of engineering project management brings the benefits of enhancing or-ganizational management capabilities,improving management efficiency,enhancing engi-neering quality and regenerating the value of digital assets;(4)To promotethe digitalization in construction project management effectively and to address the issues related to project integration,paradigm shift,organizational support and technological enablement according to the characteristics of each project.
