摘要
法律高质量人才的培养是理论和实践相结合的系统性工程,但在目前法学专业实践性教学环节中存在着诸如地位尚不明确、安排尚不科学、模式尚未形成和效果尚不理想等问题,法学教学实践的开展存在着诸多困境,直接影响着法学人才培养的质量。应用型高校应突出实践教学在法学专业中的重要性,科学建设法学专业实践性课程,改善教学模式,建立健全评估体系和反馈机制,以推动我国法学专业实践性教学改革的不断深入。
The cultivation of high-quality legal talents is a systematic project that combines theory and practice.However,there are issues in the current practical teaching aspects of law majors,such as unclear status,unscientific arrangements,undeveloped models,and unsatisfactory outcomes.The development of practical teaching in law faces numerous challenges,which directly affect the quality of legal talent training.Application-oriented universities should emphasize the importance of practical teaching in law majors,scientifically construct practical courses for law majors,improve teaching models,and establish sound evaluation systems and feedback mechanisms to promote the continuous deepening of practical teaching reforms in law education in China.
