This paper explores the nature and handling mode of the"defendant clarity"requirement under the case acceptance system,analyzes whether it should be judged by the"party qualification"standard at the stage of prosecution,and what procedures should be taken in response.Combining judicial cases,it analyzes from the perspective of litigation requirements and the theory of litigant interests to promote the protection of litigation rights and alleviate litigation pressure.
