中医太极三部六经体系以五运六气的标本中气理论为本源,以从本的少阳三焦和太阴脾土“火湿”为太极,主人体的基本温度和湿度;以厥阴从中气少阳之风火主春天阳气升发,以阳明从中气太阴之燥湿主秋天阴气沉降,且以厥阴阳明从中气主左右阴阳升降之道路;以太阳少阴从本从标之寒热主冬至夏至冬夏阴阳极的转化,为水火之征兆。逆之则“阴阳反作”“阴阳更胜”。中医太极三部六经体系涵有《黄帝内经》创作大纲,其中始终贯穿着天地人三才大道主线。

The three-part and six-meridian system of Tai Chi in traditional Chinese medicine is based on the theory of incidental,fundamental and middle-qi,the ‘fire dampness' of Shaoyang Sanjiao and Taiyin Pitu as Tai Chi,controling the basic temperature and humidity of human body.According to this system,yang qi in spring can be risen by treating the wind and fire of Shaoyang of qi of middle-jiao energy from Jueyin,yin qi in autumn can be subsided by treating the dryness and dampness of Taiyin of qi of middle-jiao energy from Yangming,the path of the rise and fall of yin and yang on both sides can be controlled by treating qi of middle-jiao energy from Jueyin and Yangming,and the transformation of winter and summer yin and yang poles between winter solstice and summer solstice can be controled by treating the cold and heat of the root and branch of meridian from Taiyang and Shaoyin.Otherwise,‘yin and yang will work in reverse' and ‘there will be more yin and yang'.The three-part and six-meridian system of Tai Chi in traditional Chinese medicine contains the creative outline of the Huangdi Neijing,which always runs through the main line of the three ways of heaven,earth and humanity.
