摘要
“玄府”一词肇始于《黄帝内经》,后世医家对其进行了拓展,关于《黄帝内经》“玄府”的议题是当前中医领域研究的热点理论。从发展脉络来看,“玄府”的出现及其后世发挥与道家思想有深厚的渊源。因此,以五代、北宋道家思想为着眼点,梳理《黄帝内经》“玄府”论及刘完素对玄府的发展脉络,或是还原《黄帝内经》原旨及后世“玄府”发展的重要途径之一。五代谭峭“虚形互化”思想及受其影响的内丹学理论,是《黄帝内经》生命观的进一步发展,对后世“玄府”的发展具有举足轻重的影响。文章从“虚形互化”自然观出发,回溯五代、北宋初期道家“虚形互化”自然观对《黄帝内经》的继承与发扬,探讨“虚形互化”自然观对刘完素发展《黄帝内经》“玄府”学说的潜在影响,为当代玄府学说发展提供参考。
Xuanfu originated from Huangdi Neijing and has been expanded by later generations.Recently,Xuanfu in Huangdi Neijing attracts raising concern from the field of traditional Chinese medicine.From the perspective of development,Xuanfu and its later development have a deep origin in Taoist thought.Therefore,it is one of the important ways to restore the original purpose of Huangdi Neijing and the development of Xuanfu in later generations by analyzing the theory of ‘Xuanfu' in Huangdi Neijing and LIU Wansu from the perspective of Taoist thought in the five dynasties and the Northern Song dynasty.‘Xu Xing Hu Hua',raised by TAN Qiao in the Five dynasties,is a further development of the concept of life in Huangdi Neijing,which has a pivotal influence on the development of Xuanfu in later generations.This paper retraces the development of the Taoist concept ‘Xu Xing Hu Hua' to Huangdi Neijing in the early Northern Song dynasty,and discusses the influence of ‘Xu Xing Hu Hua' on LIU Wansu's Xuanfu,so as to provide a reference for the development of the contemporary Xuanfu theory.
