从“血气者,人之神”论治抑郁症

Discussion on the treatment of depression from the theory of 'spirit of human correlating with the blood qi'

文章认为血气不同于气血,是一种具有温通、濡养、调和、固摄等作用的精微物质,是五脏调节情志活动的桥梁。生理状态下,五脏通过调节血气而司情志,脏腑血气的功能状态和情志活动关系密切;病理状态下,“血气不和,百病乃变化而生”,脏腑血气的虚实偏颇和运行失常与抑郁症的发生、发展和转归关系密切。抑郁症患者或因肝郁血气运行滞缓,或因脾虚血气失充,或因脏腑血气有余,或因营卫失和,血气紊乱,或因阳虚血气懈惰,或上述因素相兼有之,导致血气虚、实、滞、乱、怠的病理状态,出现精神抑郁、胸闷太息、神志虚烦等精神症状及心慌气短、腹痛、四肢酸楚、睡眠障碍等躯体症状,治疗上需从整体调燮脏腑血气,补血气之虚、疏血气之滞、泻有余之血气、调不和之营卫,从根本上调和血气,改善症状。

This paper holds that blood qi is different from qi and blood,it is a nutrient substance with the functions of warming,nourishing,harmonizing,consolidating and a bridge for the organs to regulate emotional activities.In the physiological state,the organs regulate blood qi to control emotional activities,the functional state of blood qi of the organs is closely related to emotional activities;in the pathological state,‘all diseases are caused by the disharmony of blood qi',and the bias of excess or deficiency and abnormal operation of organs' blood qi are closely related to the occurrence,development and outcome of depression.Depressed patients may suffer from the stagnation of blood qi due to depressed liver,the insufficiency of blood qi due to spleen deficiency,the excess of blood qi,the disharmony between Ying-Wei and blood qi,the laziness of blood-qi due to yang deficiency,or both of the above factors,which caused the deficiency,excess,stagnation,confusion of blood qi,the mental symptoms such as depression,chest tightness and excessive breathing,mental dysphoria,and the physical symptoms such as palpitation,shortness of breath,abdominal pain,soreness of limbs,insomnia,so it is necessary to adjust the blood qi of organs as a whole,enrich the deficiency of blood qi,expel the stagnation of blood qi,discharge the excess of blood qi,regulate the disharmony between Ying and Wei,which can fundamentally harmonize blood qi and improve symptoms.
