基于中西医临床病症特点的急性肾损伤动物模型特点分析

Analysis of the characteristics of acute kidney injury animal models based on the clinical characteristics of traditional Chinese and Western medicine

文章根据急性肾损伤中西医病因病机及临床病症的特点,整理现有的书籍及文献得出临床诊断标准,通过对现有的急性肾损伤动物模型进行分析,评价模型与临床表现吻合度,总结优缺点。发现注射顺铂法具有较高的吻合度,该模型造模方法简单,可行性高,可反映出西医临床诊断部分指标,在一定程度上反映出中医临床表现,但在中医证候区分方面有所欠缺。整体分析现有急性肾损伤造模方法,发现目前诊断标准以西医检测指标为主,缺少中医证候模型,且动物的宏观表现与人类有一定的出入,不能准确地反映出疾病的病理过程。建议可以通过制定相关行为量表,在一定程度上提高模型评价的准确度。可在现有的模型建立基础上,加以中医致病因素,体现出中医药病证结合动物模型,使动物模型更能反映AKI中医临床表现,更好地建立符合中西医诊断标准的动物模型。

Based on the characteristics of the etiology,pathogenesis and clinical symptoms of acute kidney injury in traditional Chinese and Western medicine,this paper organizes the existing books and literature to obtain clinical diagnosis standards,analyzes the existing animal models of acute kidney injury,evaluates the consistency between the model and clinical manifestations,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages.It is found that the cisplatin injection method has a high degree of anastomosis,and the model modeling method is simple and feasible,which can reflect some indicators of clinical diagnosis of Western medicine,and to a certain extent,reflect the clinical manifestations of traditional Chinese medicine,but it lacks the differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes.Overall analysis of the existing acute kidney injury modeling methods,found that the current diagnostic standards are mainly Western medicine detection indicators,lacking TCM syndrome model,and the macroscopic performance of animals has certain differences,which can not accurately reflect the pathological process of the disease.It can improve the accuracy of model evaluation to a certain extent by formulating relevant behavioral scales.On the basis of the existing model,the pathogenic factors of traditional Chinese medicine can be added to reflect the combination of traditional Chinese medicine disease symptoms and animal models,so that the animal model can better reflect the clinical performance of AKI traditional Chinese medicine,and better establish an animal model that meets the diagnostic standards of traditional Chinese and western medicine.
