中药单体及有效成分抗肿瘤作用机制的研究进展

摘要 文章根据抗肿瘤药物的不同作用机制进行分类,对抗肿瘤中药进行归纳总结,旨在为中医药抗肿瘤提供理论基础及科学依据。肿瘤细胞的自我复制、增殖、免疫逃逸、耐药及后期多器官的转移是该疾病致死致残的主要原因,针对肿瘤的治疗,目前临床采用联合用药的方式,能够发挥抗肿瘤治疗作用,但随着用药时间的延长及频率的增加,表现出对药物的敏感性降低、耐药、免疫逃逸等恶性生物学行为。近年来,中药、中药单体及有效成分被用于抗肿瘤治疗,中药的使用抑制了肿瘤细胞的自我繁殖,同时促进肿瘤细胞凋亡,除此以外,中药的干预,提高了肿瘤细胞对药物的敏感性及机体的免疫、降低了肿瘤细胞的耐药、降低了机体的炎症反应、抑制肿瘤血管化进程,中医药的干预提高了患者的生活质量,较好地弥补了目前抗肿瘤治疗中的不足。 This paper classifies and summarizes anti-tumor Chinese medicine according to the different mechanism of anti-tumor drugs,the purpose is to provide theoretical basis and scientific basis for anti-tumor of traditional Chinese medicines(TCM).Self-replication,proliferation,immune escape,drug resistance and later multi-organ metastasis of tumor cells are the main causes of death and disability in this disease,at present,the combination of drugs can play an important role in anti-tumor treatment,but with the prolongation of the time and the increase of the frequency.In recent years,Chinese medicine,its monomers and active ingredients have been used in anti-tumor therapy.The use of Chinese medicine inhibits the self-reproduction of tumor cells and promotes the apoptosis of tumor cells,it increases the sensitivity of tumor cells to drugs and the immunity of the body,reduces the drug resistance of tumor cells,reduces the inflammatory reaction of the body,and inhibits the process of tumor vascularization,the intervention of TCM can improve the quality of life of patients and make up for the deficiency of anti-tumor therapy.
