本文主要介绍了我国核电厂操纵人员执照管理的现状,从国家核安全监管当局的角度对核电厂操纵人员执照获取/延续过程的监督检查中发现的不足提出改进意见。

This paper mainly introduces the current situation of operator license management of nuclear power plant in China.From the perspective of the national nuclear safety regulatory authority,the deficiencies are found in the process of the nuclear power plant operator license approval and renewal by inspection,and the improvement suggestions are put forward.
