数字乡村建设对我国农村居民收入的影响——基于空间杜宾模型的实证分析

The impact of digital rural construction on rural residents′income--An empirical analysis based on spatial Durbin model

基于2015—2021年我国30个省份(港澳台地区及西藏除外)的面板数据,构建评价指标体系并采用熵值法测算数字乡村建设水平,采用空间杜宾模型实证分析数字乡村建设对农村居民收入的影响及空间溢出效应。研究发现:数字乡村建设对农村居民收入具有显著的正向影响,且数字乡村建设对农村居民收入的影响存在显著的正向空间溢出效应;数字乡村建设和农村居民收入均存在显著的空间自相关性;数字乡村建设对本地区和邻近地区的农村居民收入均具有显著的正向影响,且对本地区的正向影响要小于对邻近地区的正向影响;数字乡村建设对农村居民收入的影响存在显著的区域差异,其中,数字乡村建设对东部、中部和西部地区的农村居民收入均具有显著的正向影响,对东北地区则影响不显著;数字乡村建设对农村居民收入影响的直接效应呈现出“东北—中部—西部—东部”依次递减的发展趋势,间接效应和总效应呈现出“东北—西部—中部—东部”依次递减的发展趋势。据此,提出加大对数字乡村建设的支持力度、完善数字乡村建设的利益共享机制和推进数字乡村建设区域均衡发展等对策,以促进农村居民收入增加。

Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China(excluding Hong Kong,Macao,Taiwan and Xizang)from 2015 to 2021,this paper constructs an evaluation index system and uses the entropy method to measure the level of digital rural construction.In addition,this paper also uses the spatial Durbin model to empirically analyze the impact of digital rural construction on rural residents′income and spatial spillover effects.The research found that digital rural construction has a significant positive impact on rural residents′income,and the impact of digital rural construction on rural residents′income has a significant positive spatial spillover effect.There is a significant spatial autocorrelation between digital rural construction and rural residents′income.Digital rural construction has a significant positive impact on the income of rural residents in both the local and neighboring areas,and the positive impact on the local areas is smaller than that on neighboring areas.There are significant regional differences in the impact of digital rural construction on rural residents′income.Among them,digital rural construction has a significant positive impact on the income of rural residents in the eastern,central,and western regions,while the impact on the northeast region is not significant.The direct effect of digital rural construction on rural residents′income shows a decreasing trend of"northeast-central-west-east",while the indirect and total effects show a decreasing trend of"northeast-west-central-east".Based on the results,it is proposed to increase support for digital rural construction,improve the benefit sharing mechanism of digital rural construction,and promote regional balanced development of digital rural construction,so as to promote the increase of rural residents′income.
