With the intensification of globalization and market competition,agricultural supply chains play an increasingly important role in maintaining the quality of agricultural products and ensuring food safety.In this context,logistics costs directly affect the efficiency of the supply chain and the competitiveness of enterprises.However,the logistics cost issues faced by agricultural supply chains are still relatively complex.Therefore,exploring effective logistics cost control strategies has become the key to improving the competitiveness of agricultural supply chains.This paper defines the agricultural supply chain and logistics costs,analyzes the key factors affecting logistics costs,and uses empirical research methods to evaluate the effectiveness of different logistics cost control strategies.The paper also conducts a detailed analysis of the collected data to verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.This aims to provide strategic guidance for relevant enterprises and policy makers,and assist in the sustainable development of agricultural supply chains in a global competitive environment.
