摘要
跨境电商和物流的发展相辅相成,在此背景下,对跨境电商和物流专业人才的培养提出了更高的要求。基于此,文章提出在跨境电商与物流教育教学改革过程中,应当运用OBE教育理念,整合与优化课程设计,制定以综合职业能力为核心的学习目标。通过多样化教学方法和实践项目,培养学生的跨境电商和跨境物流操作能力、市场洞察力、团队合作能力和创新思维。在评估方面,综合考虑学生知识掌握和应用能力,制定多维度评估指标,形成“职业需求分析—能力培养—课程改革—教学评估反馈—教学调整”的动态流程,构建培养学生综合职业能力的有效路径。
The rapid development of cross-border e-commerce and logistics is mutually reinforcing.In this context,higher demands are placed on the training of talents in cross-border e-commerce and logistics.In the process of educational reform for cross-border e-commerce and logistics,OBE philosophy is applied to integrate and optimize curriculum design,with the formulation of learning objectives centered around comprehensive professional capabilities.Diverse teaching methods and practical projects are employed to cultivate students'operational skills,market insight,teamwork,and innovative thinking in cross-border e-commerce and logistics.In terms of assessment,a dynamic process,encompassing"occupational demand analysis-skills cultivation-curriculum reform-teaching assessment feedback-teaching adjustment",is established by considering both students'knowledge mastery and skill application.This approach constructs an effective pathway for nurturing students'comprehensive professional capabilities.
