基于“TOPIA”背景下物流管理专业产教融合应用型人才培养模式创新与实践

近年来,全球范围内的贸易紧张局势、自然灾害和突发事件对供应链稳定性造成了冲击。对此,提升供应链的韧性和应对能力成为物流行业的迫切需求。物流管理专业需要培养学生具备危机管理、风险评估和供应链优化的能力,以适应这一行业变化。基于此,文章针对物流管理专业产教融合应用型人才的需求,设计相应的培养模式,以实现物流管理专业人才的创新与实践。并结合我国物流行业的现状和发展趋势,设计出了一套产教融合应用型人才培养模式。最后,以某物流企业的合作项目为案例,详细阐述了该模式的具体实施过程。经过实践验证,该模式在提高学生职业素养、实践能力和创新意识等方面取得了显著成效。该模式不仅提高了学生的职业素养和实践能力,也为企业提供了更多的高素质应用型人才,实现了学校与企业的共赢。

In recent years,global trade tensions,natural disasters,and emergencies have had an impact on supply chain stability.Therefore,enhancing the resilience and responsiveness of the supply chain has become an urgent need in the logistics industry.The logistics management major needs to cultivate students with the ability of crisis management,risk assessment,and supply chain optimization to adapt to the changes in this industry.Therefore,this article mainly focuses on the demand for applied talents in the integration of industry and education in logistics management,designs corresponding training models,and realizes innovation and practice of logistics management professionals.Based on the current situation and development trends of China's logistics industry,a talent cultivation model integrating industry and education has been designed.Finally,taking a cooperation project of a logistics enterprise as a case study,the specific implementation process of this model is elaborated in detail.After practical verification,this model has achieved significant results in improving students'professional literacy,practical ability,and innovation awareness.This model not only improves the professional literacy and practical ability of students,but also provides more high-quality applied talents for enterprises,achieving a win-win situation between schools and enterprises.
