产教融合背景下《物流运营管理》课程OBE-CDIO教学模式的构建与实施

摘要 在产教融合背景下,基于当前物流能力需求日益高涨的情况,文章对D校《物流运营管理》课程教学现状进行分析,发现当前该课程的教学存在教学形式单一、评价方式单调和教学缺乏实践等问题。针对以上问题,文章基于OBE-CDIO教育教学理念,探讨《物流运营管理》课程的教学新模式,并从教学目标、教学内容、教学过程和教学评价四个方面进行OBE-CDIO教学模式设计,以期提高《物流运营管理》课程的教学效果,并为其他物流相关课程提供理论参考,进而促使应用型本科高校的物流管理专业的教学质量进一步提高。 Under the background of integration of industry and education,combined with the increasing demand for logistics capabilities,this paper analyzes the current teaching situation of the course of Logistics Operation Management at D School,and finds that the current teaching of this course has some problems,such as the single teaching form,the single teaching evaluation method and the lack of practical teaching.This paper also discusses a new teaching model on the basis of the OBE-CDIO education and teaching concept and in combination with existing problems of the course of Logistics Operation Management,and designs the OBE-CDIO teaching model from four aspects,including teaching objective,teaching content,teaching process,and teaching evaluation,in order to improve the teaching effectiveness of Logistics Operation Management,provide the academic reference for other courses related logistics,and further improve the teaching quality of the logistics management program in application-oriented undergraduate universities.
