提高120t提钒转炉耐材使用寿命的研究及应用

摘要 提钒转炉受冶炼工艺影响,炉衬较易侵蚀且不易维护。承德建龙通过对炉衬侵蚀机理进行研究,找到后续提高转炉寿命的主要控制点,并通过强化开炉烧结、补炉料配方优化及优化其他操作等方面的工作开展,将提钒转炉寿命延长至11762炉次,到达历史新高。 The lining is easy to corrode and difficult to maintain due to the influence of smelting process.Jianlong,Chengde,has found the main control point to improve the life of the converter by studying the mechanism of the lining erosion.The life of vanadium-extracting converter is extended to 11762 heats,reaching a new high in history,by strengthening the start-up sintering,optimizing the burden formula and optimizing other operations.
