摘要
为了降低燃耗,同时保证烧结矿质量,满足高炉生产顺行,烧结作业区进行了此次低水分烧结的探索。围绕水分对混合料粒级、烧结燃耗等方面进行实验,找到我单位烧结生产最适宜水分为7.45%左右,成功将燃耗降低1.8 kg/t,且烧结矿质量没有大的波动。
In order to reduce fuel consumption while ensuring the quality of sintered ore and meeting the production condition of the blast furnace,the sintering department conducted an exploration of low moisture sintering.The effects of moisture on the mixture and the consumption of sintered fuel were investigated by experiments.It was found that the most suitable moisture content for our sintering production was around 7.45%,and the fuel consumption was successfully reduced by 1.8 kg/t,with no significant fluctuations in the quality of the sintered ore.
