摘要
垂直度是评价风机塔筒结构安全的重要指标之一。针对高山风电塔基范围小、全站仪测量效率低且难以反映塔身整体变形等问题,提出一种高山风电场风机塔筒的垂直度精细化检测方法,采用地面三维激光扫描仪独立双测站扫描方案获取风机塔筒点云数据,根据标靶中心欧氏距离及相对高差的空间几何约束关系进行标靶绝对坐标改正,并利用最小二乘算法对水平截面切片点云数据进行最佳圆拟合,精确提取塔筒不同高度处的几何中心坐标。实验结果表明,文中方法能提取风机塔筒mm级精度的中心偏移量变化信息,实现对风机塔筒垂直度的精细化检测,相较于传统的全站仪测量方法作业效率提升约3倍。
Verticality is one of the important indicators to evaluate the structural safety of wind turbine towers.Aiming at the problems such as small range of wind turbine tower,low measurement efficiency of total station and difficulty in reflecting the overall deformation of tower,this paper proposes a fine detection method for verticality of wind turbine tower in high mountain wind farm.The point cloud data of wind turbine tower tower is obtained by using 3D laser scanner independent two-station scanning scheme on the ground.The absolute coordinates of the target are corrected according to the spatial geometric constraints of Euclidean distance and relative height difference of the target center,and the least square algorithm is used to best fit the horizontal section slice point cloud data,and the geometric center coordinates at different heights of the tower can be accurately extracted.The experimental results show that the proposed method can extract the change information of the center offset of the fan tower with millimeter-level accuracy,and realize the fine detection of the vertical degree of the fan tower,and improving the operational efficiency by about three times compared to traditional total station measurement methods.
