摘要
城市活力是反映城市空间规划和发展质量的一个重要指标。为研究城市活力的影响机制,以黄石市中心城区为例,利用POI数据、道路网数据、土地利用数据等多源地理大数据,通过基于组合赋权法的TOPSIS算法和地理探测器进行分析研究。结果表明:①商业密度、人群密度和容积率是影响黄石市中心城区城市活力的三大因素;②黄石市中心城区城市活力的分布受土地利用混合度的影响较小;③多因子的交互作用相比单因子对城市活力的影响高,其中商业密度和办公密度的交互作用对城市活力的解释力最强;④商业用地占比较大的街区,可以通过适当增加公园绿地面积来提高城市活力。而工业用地主导的街区需要不断完善交通等基础设施,增加商业设施和办公场所来提高地区的城市活力。
Urban vitality is an important index reflecting the quality of urban spatial planning and development.Based on the multi-source geographic big data such as POI data,road network data and land use data,this paper takes the central urban area of Huangshi City as an example to explore the spatial distribution characteristics and influence mechanism of urban vitality in the central urban area through TOPSIS algorithm based on combinatorial empowerment method and geographic detector.The results show that:①commercial density,population density,and plot ratio are the three major factors affecting the central urban area of Huangshi City urban vitality;②the distribution of urban vitality in the central urban area of Huangshi City is less affected by the mixing degree of land use;③the interaction of multiple factors has a higher impact on urban vitality compared to a single factor,with the interaction of commercial density and office density having the strongest explanatory power on urban vitality;④a block with a relatively large proportion of commercial land can enhance urban vitality by appropriately increasing the area of parks and green spaces,while the blocks dominated by industrial land need to improve transportation and other infrastructure continuously,increase commercial facilities and office spaces to enhance the urban vitality of the region.
