摘要
针对目前铁路LKJ广泛采用的转速传感器测速方式在机车测速轮轴空转、滑行条件下存在较大测速偏差的问题,通过分析雷达速度传感器在机车测速中的可用性,提出雷达速度传感器在机车上应用的标定方法及辅助LKJ识别机车测速轮轴空转技术方案,以减小机车测速轮轴发生空转滑行的概率,从而提升LKJ测速测距的精度,降低相关行车风险。
Currently prevailing speed determination method applied in railway LKJ relies on speed sensors,which suffers significant speed measurement deviation under idle and sliding conditions.In view of this,by analyzing the availability of radar speed sensors in locomotive speed measurement in terms of signal quality,speed accuracy,and other aspects,a calibration method for the application of radar speed sensors in locomotives and a technical scheme to assist LKJ in identifying locomotive speed measurement wheel axle idle are proposed.The scheme is expected to have the potential of facilitate reducing the probability of idle sliding of locomotive speed measurement axles,improving accuracy of LKJ speed measurement and distance measurement,and suppressing related driving risks.
