摘要
钢铁企业“煤气-蒸汽-电力”能源系统网络的优化调控是提高二次能源利用率,降低能源成本,减少排放的重要措施。描述了钢铁能源系统网络特征,从方法论和模型方法介绍了钢铁企业能源调度研究进展,指出了在能源产生、使用过程中“质”和“量”不确定波动的客观存在,对求解问题和做决策有着不同程度的影响。提出了基于鲁棒优化构建一种多时段动态决策模型方法,以解决多能源系统中不确定因素的优化问题,提高模型的全局优化性和易操作性。
The optimization and regulation of the"gas-steam-electricity"energy structure in iron and steel enterprises is an important measure to improve secondary energy utilization rate,reduce energy costs and reduce emissions.This paper describes the characteristics of the energy system network in iron and steel enterprises,outlines the research progress of energy scheduling in iron and steel enterprises from the perspectives of methodology and models,and points out that the objective existence of"quality"and"quantity"uncertain fluctuations in the process of energy production and use has different degrees of influence on problem solving and decision making.A multi-period dynamic decision modeling method based on robust optimization is proposed aiming at addressing the optimization problem of uncertain factors in the multi-energy system,and improving global optimization and operability of the model.
