A Method of Analytically Evaluating New Energy Power Real Assets Based onStructural Equation Model and Its Demonstration

新能源企业安全、经济地运维相关设备资产一直都是新能源经营管理的研究热点和未来发展方向。结合设备资产的技术维度、价值维度等属性,建立了评价指标体系,提出了一种基于结构方程模型的资产状态、使用效率的综合指标的计算方法框架,给出了相应的综合评价流程,建立了实物资产评价的分析系统。此外,对新能源企业资产运维管理的侧重点,提出了简明实用的合理化建议。

How to operate and maintain equipment assets of new energy power enterprises safely and economically has long been a research hotspot and also future direction in new energy sources management.This work established an evaluation index system by combining features of technical dimension and value dimension of equipment assets.It proposed a methodology of calculating the comprehensive index of asset status and efficiency based on structural equation model and the corresponding comprehensive evaluation process flow,thereby obtaining a system for analytically evaluating real assets.It also put forward concise,practical and rational suggestions focusing on major points in assets maintenance and management for new energy power enterprises.
