摘要
油浸式变压器在出厂试验中存在铭牌参数标定不准确的现象。对此,阐述变压器出厂试验原理,对变压器主要性能参数进行理论计算,并在此基础上得到可用于仿真试验的数学模型。通过Simulink软件设计了仿真试验环境,并代入库存变压器的试验数据,对实际案例进行了分析。结果表明,该模型可以快速获得油浸式变压器的性能数据,满足了对同一批次所有变压器铭牌参数准确标定的需求。
There is a phenomenon of inaccurate nameplate parameter calibration in the factory test of oil-immersed transformers.This paper elaborates on the principle of transformer factory testing,theoretically calculates the main performance parameters of the transformer,and based on this,obtains a mathematical model that can be used for simulation testing.A simulation test environment is designed using Simulink software,and the test data of our company's inventory transformers are imported to analyze the actual case.The results indicate that the model can quickly obtain performance data of oil-immersed transformers,meeting the need for accurate calibration of nameplate parameters for all transformers in the same batch.
