输电线路大直径嵌岩灌注桩机械旋挖成孔技术研究

摘要 系统梳理了大直径嵌岩灌注桩机械旋挖成孔技术,通过对现有旋挖成孔技术进行分析,并结合工程实例对旋挖成孔过程中的关键问题进行了深入研究,提出了相应的解决办法。结果表明,采用机械旋挖成孔技术可有效提高大直径嵌岩灌注桩的施工效率和质量,有助于推广该技术在电力工程领域的应用。 This paper focuses on a case practice of applying mechanical rotary drilling technology in construction of large-diameter rock socketed cast-in-place piles.It systematically clarifies the existing rotary drilling technology,analyzes the key problems in rotary drilling process and proposes corresponding solutions,from the perspective of an actual engineering case.The practice indicates that the use of this technology can effectively improve construction efficiency and quality of large-diameter rock socketed cast-in-place piles,which helps to promote its application in the field of power industry.
