摘要
榜样的力量是无穷的。为厘清高校朋辈榜样的生成因素,通过问卷调查的方式,以社会网络理论作为分析框架对朋辈榜样进行了内在分析。研究发现,外向性特质对成为朋辈榜样呈正效应,朋辈榜样水平正向促进其学业成就和成为能量中心,不同水平的知识隐藏对调节外向性特质与学业成就、能量中心产生作用关系。基于此,提出关注学生个性培养,加强师生沟通交流;提升学生学业成就,强化榜样吸引力;增强朋辈互信氛围,营造鼓励性学习环境等针对性措施。
The power of role models is infinite.In order to clarify the factors for the generation of peer role models in universities,this paper conducts an internal analysis of peer role models based on the theory of social networks through questionnaire surveys.It is found that extroverted traits have a positive effect on becoming a peer role model,and the level of peer role models positively promotes their academic achievements and becomes the center of energy. Different levels of knowledge hiding have a regulatory effect between extroverted traits and academic achievements,and the center of energy. Based on this,this paper proposes targeted measures such as paying attention to the cultivation of student personality,strengthening teacher-student communication;improving student academic achievements,enhancing the attractiveness of role models;enhancing the atmosphere of peer trust,and creating an encouraging learning environment.
